HOW TO PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE!

Here a brief description of the FIVE STEPS you should follow with us to receive your vehicle. For customers less experienced on cars imports or willing more detailed explanations please visit Questions & Answers section.

1- SEARCH AND CHOOSE YOUR VEHICLE

You can SEARCH vehicles based on MAKE, MODEL, and narrow the list by input of ENGINE and YEAR. You can always come back to search from any page by clicking on "Search you Vehicle." Vehicle details and Condition are fully reported. Minimum price is offered, and estimate CIF to your port is available. You may wish to request us to find a specific vehicle for you.

2- ORDER YOUR VEHICLE

Newcomers to our site will register while ordering their first vehicle.

Registering is a way to faster both documents process and further searches and orders. Doing it accordingly will certainly save us time and avoid mistakes in documents process. The information on the Bill of Lading must be consistent with the information listed on the Commercial Invoice, it must contain complete and accurate information of the consignee and the vehicle.

Our Privacy Policy and Company Code of Ethics guide us to protect your private information.

You will receive an instant Pro-forma Invoice which you can print for further use.

3- ORDER & PAYMENT

Placing an ORDER will lead us contact you back to reaffirm the deal. We await for your payment up to three working days. It is advised you send us fax/ mail copy of your payment stating invoice details.

Please input the invoice, and stock numbers in your telegraphic transfer for us to identify your payment faster. Please send your payments considering currency exchange and bank charges to the following account

No vehicle will be compromised to another customer after receiving such proof of payment.

Please send proof of payment and Advise us by e-mail, or fax about your payment amount/date and vehicle chosen.

Our Sales Department will have you informed about every step during the process of your vehicle allocation and delivery.

4- SHIPPING PROCESS

Depending on the export destination several steps will take place. Vehicle inspections, deregistration, export certificate issuing, space booking at the shipping line, vehicle transportation, and other documents process will start immediately after confirmation of payment delivery.

Good communication channels are important to keep you informed of every progress of your purchase delivery.

5- ETA COMMUNICATION & DOCUMENTS DELIVERY

Communication of ETD-ETA (Estimated dates of departures, and arrival) will be sent by e-mail, or agreed channel for you to arrange your vehicle clearing.

Depending on the port conditions a "Customs Broker" or "Clearing Agent" will be required. Please visit our Shipping Section to know more about shipping Process.

Prior the Arrival of the vessel to your port, the correspondent documents will be sent to the address provided.

Bill of Lading. Document issued by the carrier as cargo for conveyance to place for delivery to the consignee. Commercial Invoice. You will need two copies of the Commercial Invoice, one must accompany the freight from the point of pickup to the point of customs clearance, and the other should be attached to the Bill of Lading. This document is simply an invoice with a complete description of the goods being shipped, along with the proper valuations and currency information.

Customs invoice. This document should accompany the freight from the point of pickup to the point of customs clearance. An additional copy should be attached to the Bill of Lading.

Export Certificate. The document that identifies the vehicle to be registered at its destination, and together with the Bill of lading will be the standard documents you will require to perform clearance at the port.

You should consult your local automobile dealer or authorities to find about permits for imported cars. Some countries require safety and emissions standards or particular process on which a clearing agent will surely be necessary.
