Sales Inquiries

Q1: When Does My Vehicle Arrive in my country?

AllJapanCarsStock.com will advise by means of email and or fax the Time of departure for the vessel carrying your vehicle, in this letter there will be the estimated time of arrival and the tracking number for the documents should you not have recieved them already.

Q2: You've got so many stock, how can I choose?

Faxed or emailed lists will be sent at your request.  We are more than happy to answer any questions you have regarding the stock on our site.  Please check our site often as our lists are being constantly updated.

Q3: Can I request a vehicle not on your list?

Most certainly, being a member of every major auction here in Japan allows us to source (within a reasonable time frame) any vehicle a customer requests.  A deposit may be necessary if requesting a rare or uncommon vehicle.  To make a special request, please contact us and fill out the form. Also note that an advanced deposit may be required depending on your request.

Q4: What happens if I pay for my selected vehicle and it's already sold to another customer?

Our vehicles are sold to the first FULL paying client. The customer we receive the money from first gets the vehicle, however . This is from timeof transfer, so it is important that you fax your payment confirmation as soon as it is made.

Q5: Can I get a discount?

Unfortunately the listed price is the cheapest price we can offer. Since we strive to offer the most competitive prices for our vehicles, we welcome you to compare our prices with other exporters.

Q6: What if I've found cheaper priced vehicles, somewhere else.

We feel our vehicles are fairly priced but if you fax or email a copy of a competitors invoice we will do our best to meet that price where possible, it is always good to keep that competitive edge but we will not scrifice quality to do this.

Q7: What kind of protection does AllJapanCarsStock.com offer if my vehicle isn't in working condition when it arrives in my country?

It only hurts us if our customers are unhappy with the vehicle they receive. Prior to leaving Japan, each vehicle has been checked completly by our staff. If however there is a problem, contact us and we'll promptly help as soon as possible.

Q8: The vehicle in the photos is not the correct make/model?

Contact us here and we'll promptly fix the problem.

Q1: What are your office hours?

AllJapanCarsStock.com is available for support every day of the week except Wednesday to 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Japan Time (GMT +09:00)

Q2: How do you source your vehicles?

All of our vehicles are sourced by local licensed Japanese auto dealers. Members uploading vehicles to our site have strict guidelines that the stock must be real and their own. Upon request we can also source from many other local suppliers as well as the Auto Auctions. Note that if you make a special request there may be a downpayment before we source the vehicle.




Shipping Inquiries

Q1: Which countries can you export to?

We export to any country that allows the importation of new or used vehicles. Some countries do have restrictions on the vehicles that can be imported, we recommend you contact your local customs department for up to date changes of import regulations of new or used Japanese vehicles.

Q2: Why do I need my full address details?

Giving us your full physical address is a requirement requested by shipping and courier companies. Please note that any discrepancies in your addressing information may incur delays in final shipment of your vehicle(s) and could lead to charges when claiming your vehicle from customs in the port of destination.

Q3: When will my vehicle arrive at my port?

After the full payment of your vehicle, AllJapanCarsStock.com shipping staff will book your vehicle for the next available vessel. After receiving confirmation of shipping from the shipping companies, we will send your shipping documents to the 'Billing' address you wrote during the ordering process detailing the date of Departure to your port.

Q4: What does FOB mean?

FOB stands for Free On Board, which is the vehicle purchase price plus the cost of processing. To find out more, please read about FOB Shipping on Wikipedia.

Q5: What does C&F mean?

C&F stands for Cost and Freight, which is the vehicle purchase price, the cost of processing and cost of freight. To find out more, please read about Shipping Terms on Wikipedia.

Q6: What does CIF mean?

CIF stands for Cost, Insurance and Freight, which is the vehicle purchase price, the cost of processing, cost of insurance and cost of freight. To find out more, please read about Shipping Terms on Wikipedia.

Q7: How long does shipment take?

Delivery of vehicles depends on the port of destination. The shipping companies have different schedules for each port (Some shorter or longer than others). Please contact us here for more details on estimated sailing times.

Q8: How do I release my vehicle from local customs?

You should consult with a local clearing/customs agent for assistance with clearing your vehicle from your local port. Comparing services and prices with two or three agents in your local area is recommended.

Q9: What will I need for customs clearance?

AllJapanCarsStock.com will send the bill of lading, other documents may be required, however this depends on local restrictions and country regulations. Please contact your preferred clearing agent for more details.If you would like to have your OWN prefered clearing agent PLEASE advise us the full addressing details before we begin the shipping and customs process procedure.

Q1: What forms of payment do you accept?

Please note that payment instructions appear on our Proforma Invoices. Payment must be by telegraphic transfer direct to our bank account as indicated. It is the fastest and most reliable method.

Q2: How do I receive a Proforma Invoice?

Placing an order and receiving a Proforma Invoice (including freight) from AllJapanCarsStock.com is very easy.
Select the list of the type of vehicle you are searching for from the stock list. Once you find the vehicle of your choice click on 'Order Here' and complete the online order application. After ordering your vehicle of choice, we will send you a a proforma invoice. The invoice includes all costs (vehicle price, freight, insurance). Once we have the full payment, we will arrange shipment of your vehicle. After shipping confirmation is confirmed by the shipping companies, shipping documents (bill of lading and shipping notice) will be sent to you via courier. Q3: What do I have to pay for my vehicle to be taken off the stocklist?

Full payment of the Proforma Invoice is required for the vehicle to be taken off of the website. Also please keep in mind that our vehicles are sold in 'first come, first serve' basis.

Q4: What are your bank account details?

Q5: When do I pay the freight charges.

The freight charge can be paid at any time, however keep in mind that our vehicles are not considered sold until the Proforma Invoice is paid in FULL (including freight).
